What are the operating hours?Hide N Seek operates Sunday to Monday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Friday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please check our website or contact us directly for the most up-to-date information.

What is allowed vs Not allowed into the playground?We have no outside food or drink policy. and No stroller is allowed into the playground. Although parents hosting birthday party can bring in own cake but our facility must be kept peanut free. Due to choking hazard, we do not allow latex balloons but foil-balloons are OK.

What type of activities are available?We offer a variety of activities including a jungle gym adventure, arcade games and more fun experiences for children of all ages.

Is there a cafe or food service available?Yes! Hide N Seek offers multiple food and drink options at our delightful 'Orange Tree Cafe'. Individual size finger foods to XL (16") size pizzas, fresh made sandwich and bakery, hot and cold drinks are offered everyday. Keep in mind our last call for the hot food order is 30 min before its closing time.

What safety measures are in place?Hide N Seek Edmonton values Health and Safety at our highest priority. We have safety measures such as scheduled inspections, deep cleaning, safety enforcement and many more.

Can parents accompany their children?Yes of course! All play structure areas are adult safe except trampolines (mats are rated for children) and Volcano Slide (Jumping adults cause children to bounce). The rest of the entire facility is open to whole family. Come in and enjoy the experience together. It's a great opportunity for family bonding and fun! You could even grab a bite and catch up on work at our cafe while the kids play.
