Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership Duration
A minimum commitment of three (3) months is required. After the initial three months, the membership will automatically transition to a month-to-month basis. Billing will occur monthly.
Payment Method
All payments must be made by credit card. We accept MasterCard and Visa. Please note, American Express is not accepted.
Payment Schedule
Monthly payments cover the upcoming month or 30 days from the payment date.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your membership, a one (1) month notice is required. This notice must be given prior to the billing date for the subsequent month.
Member Discounts
Member discounts cannot be combined with other promotions. Hide N Seek Edmonton reserves the right to modify discount percentages (%) without prior notice.
Game Card Benefit
A game card valued at $30 can be claimed in-store, once per member, per month. Cards cannot be rolled over or accumulated for future months.
Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable. No partial refunds will be provided for unused membership periods.
Transferability
Memberships are non-transferable.
Membership Fee Protection
Existing members will not be subject to any future increases in membership fees. Your rate will remain locked for as long as your membership remains active.
Termination of Membership
A one (1) month notice is required to terminate your membership after the initial three (3) month (90-day) commitment period. Hide N Seek Edmonton reserves the right to terminate any membership without refund if there is a violation or breach of the playground’s policies and rules. Failure to complete a payment may result in the immediate termination of your membership.
